App and Web developer

We are seeking a App and Web developer to join our team. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions We’re looking for a seasoned professional who is passionate about technology, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can deliver high-quality software /Application that meets our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable software solutions.
• Make informed decisions on technology selection and architecture to meet business requirements.
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code in [programming languages] across the full software stack.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and integrate them into our development process.
• fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with product managers , UI/UX designer, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate effectively within an agile development environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelors degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• 2-3 years of professional Frontend and Backend and IOS/Android applicaion developing experience
• Strong proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and tools. (HTML,CSS, PHP,C++/.NET, and/or React)
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects.
• UI/UX Knowledge Plus skill.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
